What's up pleasure seekers??  It's finally the end of the week and about time for us here at MTH to unleash with fury these here mixtapes we've been collecting for you!  That's right, you need not scour the vast crevices of the internet for your pre-party music needs today!!  We've done all the work for you!  So just sit back, relax, grab a cold brew and jam on these hits whilst you wait for your tardy friends and/or the cab to come pick you up!  Have fun this weekend y'all and enjoy these tapes.

Who doesn't??  It's about that time loyal readers for this week's mixtape run through; when I hand select some of the finest tapes from some of my favorite selectas for you to get your party started off on the right footing.  Most of these are free download so make sure to grab as many as possible, put them on your iPod, blast them in your kitchen while you're cooking up your grits on Sunday.  Do what you wish with them but for the love of god don't NOT listen.  This week we've got mixes from Mister Moombah!, Bro Safari, Sazon Booya, and much more so without further ado...

Finishing it off with this awesome live set from Jeremy Sole from the Do Lab at the warmest festival in the US, Coachella.  Full of multi-national flavors as helpfully introduced by some unnamed MC!  Get on down to this one; for those of us who missed the elusive hipster-trap it's a nice way to experience some of the fun without having to deal with smelly hippies and other unseemly folks.

Early Morning Newness

why they call you Nu-Nu??

It's Monday morning and I just poured myself a hot cup of freshness to get the day started.  Low and behold, soundcloud hath opened up it's wonderful arms and birthed onto all of us a girth of new beats to hold down the skate rink.  So watch out world, here comes the quick pumper with a load a hits.

First up is this gem from Borussia which is currently available for a free download along with J-808's Altern8 EP. It's a bouncy house track with all the usual laser sounds and jumpy kicks that encourage all of us to move our feet.

We follow that with MTH favorites and LA moombah kids 2Deep with their remix of Dooze Jackers and Wes De Graaf. When the snare comes in I want to start stomping my feet hard, then the beat picks back up and I can't help but bang my head along with it.

And here we have yet another soulful moombahnger from that larger than life dude King Kong. This guy is getting in his groove lately with track after track of pure gold. In SoCal this might be called "smokin' music".
