The debut from
Sandwich Island Bass dropped today on
Rot10 Musik and I'm stoked to share it with y'all. These dudes hail from Maui and when not spending time soaking up the sun or taking a leisurely stroll on the sandy beach they are apparently in the studio with their heads down cooking up savage beats. We here at
MTH are no strangers to the SIB boys, their sound has been penetrating our speakers for a few months so we wanna wish them the best of luck with this release. I'd say the overall sound of this release is a mix of dirty bass, moombahcore, heavy snares, and plenty of charm. Standout track for me would have to be
"Hale Bass Party" which we featured in
